Interview Coach - Prepare our clients for their Leadership and/or Technical Interviews - Contract to Hire

We’re looking for experienced **interview coaches** to join our team and work with candidates across our existing client base.

We are a career services company working with a large number of active clients across technology and related corporate roles. This is **not** a directory, referral marketplace, or “list yourself and wait for clients” arrangement. We bring the candidates to you, coordinate the relationship, and pay you directly for the coaching work.

We’re hiring multiple coaches because our clients have different roles, seniority levels, target companies, and interview needs.

## The Role

You’ll work directly with candidates as they move through active interview processes.

In many cases, this is more than a single mock interview. You may support the same candidate across multiple interviews over several weeks or even throughout a 2–3 month search, helping them prepare, improve between rounds, and adjust based on what they’re encountering.

The scope depends on where you can confidently provide value.

For example, one coach may be comfortable supporting a Senior Product Manager from recruiter screen through final rounds. Another may primarily help Software Engineers with system design. Someone else may specialize in behavioral interviews, executive communication, Amazon leadership principles, technical program management, case studies, or presentations.

We don’t expect every coach to cover a candidate from A–Z. We want coaches to work within the areas where they believe they can materially improve the candidate’s performance.

## What You May Be Helping With

Depending on your background and specialty:

- Mock interviews

- Behavioral and leadership preparation

- STAR/story development and refinement

- Role-specific interview preparation

- Company-specific interview preparation

- Technical interviews or system design

- Product, program, or technical program management interviews

- Case studies, presentations, or take-home exercises

- Executive and senior-level communication

- Recruiter screens through final-round preparation

- Debriefing completed interviews and preparing for the next stage

## Who We’re Interested In

Relevant backgrounds may include:

- Professional interview coaches

- Current or former hiring managers

- Current or former recruiters

- Experienced interviewers

- Former Big Tech / FAANG employees

- Senior professionals with deep expertise in a particular function or interview format

Professional coaching experience is helpful, but strong firsthand interviewing, hiring, or functional expertise can be just as valuable.

Most of our clients are experienced professionals pursuing roles in areas such as:

- Software Engineering

- Product Management

- Program Management (Technical and Non)

- Operations or Marketing

- Data, Solutions, Delivery, etc

- Other senior technology and corporate functions

## What We Care About

We’re looking for coaches who can give **specific, practical feedback that changes how a candidate performs**, rather than generic interview advice.

You should be able to quickly understand a candidate’s background, identify where they are falling short, and help them improve in a way that is appropriate for the role, company, and interview stage.

Reliability is also important. Many candidates will be working against real interview timelines, so we need coaches who can consistently show up and support them throughout the process.

## Ongoing Work

We are building out our coaching team for ongoing client demand.

Some candidate relationships may involve several sessions over the course of their search. Others may be shorter because the candidate only needs help in a particular area where you specialize.

We will match coaching needs to your experience and comfort level rather than expecting you to take every type of session.
