THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

  • Work effectively in an ambiguous environment with evolving requirements and priorities.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (Top 3 Must-Have Skills):

  3. EHR Expertise: Expert knowledge and hands-on experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), including understanding where clinical information resides and how it can be used for reporting and product development. Any EHR systems that are similar to Athena.
  4. Communication & Problem Solving: Someone who has worked in an ambiguous environment and is comfortable operating in that type of environment. Strong communicator who is direct and to the point, able to ask the right questions, and comfortable coming in as the SME to advise cross-functional teams.
