As an Independent Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll help connect qualified healthcare professionals with opportunities at healthcare organizations across a variety of care settings.

Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.

  • Screen candidates and assess qualifications.

  • Present career opportunities to healthcare professionals.

  • Submit qualified candidates through the SYDIERA recruiting process.

  • Maintain accurate documentation within recruiting systems.

  • Communicate professionally throughout the recruiting process.

  • Follow established recruiting procedures and best practices.


Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Professional and dependable

  • Strong communicators

  • Organized and self-motivated

  • Comfortable building relationships

  • Willing to learn and grow

  • Able to work independently

Previous recruiting, healthcare, customer service, sales, or business development experience is helpful but not required.

  • Ability to manage your own schedule


Compensation

This is a1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.

Recruiters earnplacement-based compensation for successful placements. Compensation varies based on the recruiting opportunity and applicable placement requirements.


Our Hiring Process

Selected applicants will participate in a structured onboarding process that includes:

  • An interview questionnaire

  • Review of onboarding documents

  • Independent Contractor Agreement

  • Recruiter training

  • Access to recruiter systems and resources upon successful completion of onboarding
