High Volume Recruiter-Remote

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced High Volume Recruiters to support a fast-paced seasonal hiring initiative. This is a fully remote, 4-month contract opportunity with multiple openings.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. This position will manage recruiting activities from sourcing and initial candidate screening through interview coordination, offers, and preboarding.

Successful candidates will be highly organized, proactive self-starters who can manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, recruiting platforms, databases, referrals, and other channels.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screens.
  • Maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple open positions.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Prepare interview materials and support interview debriefs.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Extend employment offers and support offer discussions.
  • Coordinate pre-employment and preboarding activities.
  • Support new hires through their start date and onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and other Talent Acquisition metrics.
  • Manage multiple recruiting priorities while meeting aggressive hiring deadlines.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and preboarding.
  • Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidates, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting seasonal or large-scale hiring initiatives.
  • Experience recruiting for customer service, contact center, operations, or other high-volume positions.
  • Experience working in a contract recruiting, staffing agency, or RPO environment.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms.
  • Experience tracking and reporting recruiting metrics.

You should be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, maintaining accurate recruiting data, and delivering against aggressive hiring timelines.
