He also enjoys spending time on his iPad, watching Disney programmes, including Mickey Mouse and Special Agent Oso, and listening to stories through his Toniebox, which is an important part of his daily routine.He loves getting out into the community, whether that's going for walks, spending time outdoors, or attending football matches with his dad. You will accompany him safely on the bus to and from school, providing reassurance and support throughout his school day. You will encourage him to participate in the activities he enjoys, helping him build confidence and independence while promoting his comfort, wellbeing and quality of life.Working closely with his family and wider support network, you will provide consistent, person-centred care and support across home, school and community settings, helping him feel safe, included and empowered to make the most of each day.________________________________________________________________________**Clinical Experience** Previous experience supporting children or young people with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
