Full-time Warehouse Associate

A Warehouse Associate, is responsible for carrying out the shipping, receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Their duties include but are not limited to loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing parcels.

  • Monday-Friday Start at 7 or 8AM - This is a full time position. Average 40+ hours a week
  • 90 days probation period
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse is a plus
  • Must be able to Speak, Read and Write English
  • Knowledge of operating a forklift
  • Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 50 pounds
  • Clean State Drivers License- Tox screen required
  • Performing duties safely and within company guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and safely
  • Collecting merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials to the shipping bay.
  • Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return.
  • Supporting the inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
  • Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notifying the supervisor.
  • Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
  • Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.
  • Assisting with training of newly employed workers.
  • Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
  • Warehouse Housekeeping- picking up trash, sweeping, etc.
  • Working as a team with all personnel
  • Working with the Drivers to ensure the best load and address any concerns

Summary

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in supporting both shipping/receiving operations and warehouse workflows. You will be responsible for handling receiving, packing, picking, and material movement within the warehouse. Your warehouse skills will help maintain efficient inventory flow and excellent customer service.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
