Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Overtime on Saturdays as needed

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating stand-up, sit-down, cherry picker, and reach truck forklifts
- Warehouse and freight handling experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Load and unload 53-foot trailers safely and efficiently
- Operate stand-up, sit-down, cherry picker, and reach truck forklifts
- Use handheld scanners to track and move freight throughout the warehouse
- Label boxes and prepare freight for shipment
- Verify freight documentation and inspect freight for quality standards
- Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
- Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
- Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
- Steel-toe boots required

What You Will Do
As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
