We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to oversee financial operations for The Championships and Wimbledon Qualifying Food & Drink. You will perform an influential and high-profile role, delivering financial and commercial support to Levy and the client, AELTC.

Through effective business partnering, this Finance Business Partner role will continually improve service levels, cost effectiveness, and add value to commercial activities undertaken. As Finance Business Partner you will lead a small team and report into the Senior Finance Hub Manager.

Here at Levy, we\'re the official catering partner of the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) , we deliver world-class hospitality to over 450,000 guests each year. From luxurious fine dining in the Members’ Clubhouse to buzzing food courts and VIP lounges, our team of 2,200 catering staff and 355 chefs craft unforgettable culinary moments at 51 kitchens and 27 restaurants across the grounds.

Finance Business Partner - the role:

  • Own and manage P&Ls, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive performance improvements.
  • Lead balance sheet reviews and working capital management.
  • Support HODs with budget tracking and cost control initiatives.
  • Oversee audits and ensure compliance with financial processes.
  • Develop strong client relationships and present financial insights.
  • Manage month-end accounts and reporting.
  • Lead and develop a finance team.

Location and flexible working:

Based at AELTC, in Wimbledon, London. The role is fully on site during the Championships period (June to August). Outside of this period, it\'s a hybrid role working remotely 2 days per week and a min. of 3 days per week working on-site.

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Business Partnering experience, supporting non-finance teams with financial insights.
  • Management Accounting expertise, including adjustments, reporting, and analysis.
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented with strong numerical skills.
  • Proactive Team Player with leadership experience and ability to motivate a small team.
  • Flexible & Organized , able to work evenings/weekends during The Championships.
  • Advanced Excel Skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong Communicator , capable of influencing stakeholders and delivering clear, concise information.
