Field Sales Representative - Self Employed - Remote

Realistic OTE: £54,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

InstaLoft is the longest-established and largest loft storage specialist in the UK. Since 2014 we have completed over 72,000 installs, installed over £100m of work, and built the best Trustpilot rating in the industry. We run 8 regional depots across the country, and every single installer is directly employed, never subcontracted, because that is how we keep our install quality the best in the business.

When you knock on a customer’s door, that reputation has already done half your selling for you. We are expanding the surveyor team and we want to hear from you.

Why this beats every other in-home sales role you are looking at:

  • 100% pre-qualified, pre-booked leads. No cold calling and no door knocking required.
  • Our in-house booking team books 600 to 1,000 appointments a week across the surveyor team, so your diary stays full
  • Our surveyors convert 60% of appointments on average.
  • Uncapped commission. The best earner here took home £10,757 in a single month.
  • The backing of a national brand with the product and reputation to match

Want to earn even more?

If you want to generate your own leads through door knocking, you will earn 15% commission on every installation you bring in.

What you can realistically earn:

  • New starters typically build from around £2k a month to £4k a month in their first few months while the pipeline ramps up
  • Surveyors who joined earlier this year are already averaging £54k to £78k annualised
  • The ability to earn over £100k a year from commission alone

This is a self-employed role, so we will also talk through how we support your income in the early weeks while you build your pipeline. Bring it up when we speak.

What you will do:

  • Visit warm, pre-booked customers in their homes
  • Survey and measure their loft, then design the right storage solution
  • Build rapport, demonstrate value, and close
  • Manage your follow-ups using our proven CRM and back-office systems

What we are looking for:

  • In-home or B2C sales experience preferred, though it is not essential. The right attitude and genuine closing ability matter most, and full training is provided
  • A confident, professional manner
  • A reliable vehicle and full UK driving licence
  • Drive, self-motivation, and a real appetite to earn

What you get:

  • The highest-quality leads in the industry, all warm, booked and ready
  • Uncapped earnings with no ceiling on what you take home
  • Comprehensive training and easy-to-use systems, with support staff behind you
  • The freedom of self-employment with the security of a constant lead flow
  • A market-leading product and brand that opens the door before you knock

What our surveyors say:

“I have been in sales in various capacities for over 30 years and was looking for a role with more autonomy and less stress that fitted my lifestyle. On joining InstaLoft I quickly fell into step with the sales process and admin, helped by comprehensive training and easy-to-use back-office systems. I have been here nearly two years now and I can honestly say it is the most stress-free job I have ever had, and the earnings have exceeded my expectations. InstaLoft have the best product in the marketplace by some distance, and great support staff and systems. The days can be long and the miles sometimes high, but it is genuinely a job where you get out what you put in.”
