Project Overview

This project covers the editing, refinement, and final assembly of an existing, uncompleted 16-scene 2D and AI-generated video for En2Uition based on the provided source files and specific client feedback.

Scope of Work (Scene-by-Scene Breakdown)

Scenes 1, 11, 12, 15, & 16: Approved as-is. No edits required.

Scenes 2 & 3: Stabilize floating text to remove flickering.

Scenes 4, 5, & 6: Replace current visuals with new video assets (complete redo).

Scenes 7, 8, 9, & 10: Edit/implement new AI-generated video sequences (provided by client).

Scene 13: Fix eye distortion during the dance sequence in Video B by compositing and replacing the frame sequence with matching footage from Video A (and follow provided instructions).

Scene 14: Remove the manually added "artificial glitch" effect from the historical black-and-white video. Retain clean B&W footage and adjust pause/start timing to match the voiceover track.

Ending: Create animated logo end card.

What Is Included

Execution of all technical fixes.

Three (3) rounds of revisions based on the agreed scope of work.

Assembly of master audio/video tracks and high-resolution final export.

What Is NOT Included (Out of Scope)

To ensure clarity and keep the project on schedule, the following items are excluded from this quote:

Scriptwriting or Voiceover Production: No changes to the master voiceover audio or script copy.

Re-editing Approved Scenes: Any edits to Scenes 1, 11, 12, 15, or 16.

Custom Logo Design: High-resolution vector logo file provided by the client. Logo creation/redesign is not included.

AI Generation: AI video generated video will be provided by client.

Major Scope Changes: Re-concepting style frames, full visual redesigns, or structural narrative changes outside the notes listed above. (Additional revision rounds or scope expansions can be requested via a separate Change Order).
