Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocacy: Greet callers with empathy, assess their needs, and guide them through the recovery process.
  • Information Management: Accurately capture and update customer data in our CRM system, ensuring all reputed company are current and secure.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, actionable solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Pet Recovery Team, Field Agents, and Technical Support to expedite reunions.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily call volume, average handling time, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Shift Flexibility: Operate during day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions, share feedback, and contribute to process enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of inbound call center experience (pet care or related industry preferred).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with computers, multi‑dialers, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and reputed company emotionally charged conversations.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
  • Pass a standard drug screen and federal background check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the pet care or veterinary industry.
  • Knowledge of pet recovery processes and related regulations.
  • Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, French, etc.) to serve a diverse customer base.
