What You’ll Do Multichannel Engagement Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Problem Resolution Diagnose and troubleshoot product or service issues, providing clear, step‑by‑step solutions that leave customers satisfied. CRM Mastery Log every interaction accurately in our CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and enabling cross‑functional teams to access up‑to‑date information.
