Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries, providing accurate and helpful responses
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction, using strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Navigate and utilize various software applications to assist customers, including but not limited to customer relationship management (CRM) systems and order management systems

Essential Qualifications
