Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting customers as they begin and end their journey, and doing it all with a smile. Your role will be to provide a friendly, professional, confident, and insightful service to help solve customer travel problems and make their experience memorable.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 18 years old.

  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
  • Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
  • Legally eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
  • Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
