Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders. Monitor and analyze industry and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain underwriting guidelines and procedures. Conduct regular reviews of existing policies to ensure accuracy and profitability. Communicate underwriting decisions and recommendations to management and stakeholders. Participate in training and development programs to stay current with underwriting best practices. Collaborate with other departments, such as claims and legal, to ensure a seamless client experience. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards at all times.
