Execution Planning Manager - SC Ops Strategy, Planning & Insights - HYBRID (Seattle, WA)

About the position

The Execution Planning Manager – SC Ops Strategy, Planning & Insights owns the weekly S&OE forum and the broader business rhythms that support it. The role is accountable for the forum’s agenda, decisions, and executive-level recap; readiness for high-volume events such as Anniversary Sale and Holiday; the annual events calendar as an input to the network’s risk cadence; and triage of urgent ad-hoc business requests. Using data and signals from across the network, the manager identifies downstream cross-functional impacts, drives mitigation actions, and holds owners accountable until risks are resolved. The role partners with SC Operations, Transportation, Volume Planning, Store Operations, Finance, and HR to build alignment and drive organizational decisions. The position requires systems thinking to trace how disruptions affect inbound, DC/FC processing, and outbound to stores, along with executive-level communication and the ability to drive decisions across functions without direct authority, often with incomplete information. The successful candidate applies structured frameworks such as RACI, decision rights, and escalation criteria to establish discipline in a new and evolving process, and helps mature that process over time.
