ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters.

Join our customer's team as an Audio Recording Expert, where your expertise in voice and audio production will drive the creation of high-quality voice samples in English. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Record your own voice while ensuring clarity, natural delivery, and accurate pitch/tone.
  • Maintain strict audio quality standards and manage post-recording cleanup as needed.
  • Collaborate with the customer's team to understand project requirements and deliver recordings on time.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing script delivery and audio quality.
  • Adjust delivery style to suit different project contexts and language nuances.
  • Organize and manage recordings, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels to align with team goals.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in audio recording, engineering, voice-over, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen ear for pitch, tone, and clarity.
  • Ability to deliver natural, engaging audio performances in English.
  • Familiarity with audio editing software and recording equipment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple recordings independently.
  • Professional experience as a voice-over artist, audio engineer, or linguist.
  • Proficiency in more than one language.
  • Background in audio production for global or multicultural projects.

COMPENSATION & CONTRACT TERMS

  • Rate: $15 - $40 per hour (USD).
  • Type: Contract.
  • Location: Remote (US).
  • Schedule: Flexible hours, remote, and asynchronous.
  • Contract Duration: Variable based on needs and performance (projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early).
