The role is working Monday – Friday from 10pm – 6am on a fully remote working basis.

The role

As part of the firm’s specialist Document Production team, you’ll produce, format and amend a wide variety of legal documents to the highest standards, delivering an accurate and responsive service in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing, formatting and amending legal documents using firm templates
  • Processing document conversions and managing PDF workflows
  • Completing digital dictation, document repairs and complex formatting
  • Creating organisation charts and PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing documents within the firm’s cloud-based document management system
  • Conducting thorough quality checks before returning completed work
  • Delivering a high-quality service while meeting tight deadlines

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Legal Document Production Specialist within a law firm
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Visio
  • Exceptional formatting skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
