Director of Underwriting and Strategy

This hands-on role requires a strategic and analytical individual who is comfortable leading the development and implementation of underwriting strategies that will drive company growth and position us for long-term success.The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in business, economics or finance, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should be adept at problem solving and possess a deep understanding of the insurance and financial services industry. Proven experience driving strategic initiatives and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential.We are looking for a leader whose enthusiasm for the mission of MetLife is matched with a keen focus on results.
