This role involves leading a team to meet operational targets and maintain high standards of safety and quality.<br><br>Job Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.</li><li> Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes.</li><li> Monitor and optimize station performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery, package handling efficiency, and safety compliance.</li><li> Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, quality control standards, and operational guidelines.</li><li> Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and improve workflow.</li><li> Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of package movement and equipment.</li><li> Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, customer service) and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.</li><li> Prepare and present performance reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.</li><li> Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the delivery station.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Job Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a logistics, warehousing, or delivery operation.</li><li> Strong understanding of logistics processes, including sorting, scanning, and dispatching.</li><li> Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.</li><li> Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.</li><li> Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.</li><li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.</li><li> Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.</li><li> A commitment to safety and quality, with knowledge of health and safety regulations.</li><li> Valid driver's license (preferred).</li><li> Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).<br><br></li></ul><em>At JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
