Delivery Driver - FedEx - Urgently Hiring - Gaithersburg, MD

Summit Logistics, a contracted service provider, is urgently hiring FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers in Gaithersburg, MD to deliver to residential and business locations within approximately a 60 mile radius.

No CDL required! Drug Test Mandatory!

Pay: $150+ per day |

Reporting time: 8:30 am

Schedule: 5 days a week

Provided: Scanners, Uniform, Hand-carts.

Terminal Location: 800 N Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20879

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Commercial Driving Experience (within previous 3 yrs): 1 year
  • Driver's license and a clean driving record required
  • Ability to lift up to 150 lbs regularly
  • DOT physical, drug test and background screening

✅ What a Typical Day Looks Like

This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck at each stop. Here is how your day will look like:

  • Show up to the terminal on time, load/ organize your packages
  • Inspect your vehicle before and after every shift
  • Deliver 150+ packages, ensuring every stop is completed with care
  • Handle all package sizes safely: no damage to goods, vehicle, or yourself
  • Punctually complete all scheduled pickup stops without exception
  • Scan and log every pickup and drop-off accurately
  • Represent the company well at every door you knock on
