Delivery Driver - Amazon Delivery Service Partner

$22.75/hour to start. Finish your route early and still get paid for the full 10 hours. 4-day work week. Full-time and part-time positions. Hiring now.

WhiteRecon Logistics is a veteran-owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner based in Port Wentworth. We run 45+ vans a day, 7 days a week, across the Greater Savannah area, and more during our busiest times of year. We're hiring full-time and part-time drivers for year-round work.

Pay and schedule

  • $22.75/hour base pay
  • Paid for 10 hours even when you finish early: complete your route ahead of schedule with no safety or quality violations, and you're paid for the full 10-hour shift. Finish in 8.5 hours and that works out to about $27.00/hour.
  • Extra pay for rescues: when you finish your own route and go help another driver, you earn additional pay
  • Raises based on performance and time with the company
  • Full-time: four 10-hour shifts a week, with three days off
  • Part-time: two or three 10-hour shifts a week
  • No early mornings: shifts typically start around 10:20 AM (start times can shift during the year)
  • Overtime available now for drivers who want a fifth day
  • Paid training

What the job is really like

  • You run your own route, on your own, in a van we provide
  • It's physical work: you're in and out of the van all day, lifting packages up to 50 lbs, in all weather
  • We deliver 7 days a week, so your schedule includes one weekend day every week, and holidays when they fall on your shift
  • You use a handheld device for navigation, scanning, and clocking in and out
  • You inspect your van every shift and drive safely
  • You work out of our Port Wentworth station

Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license (no CDL needed)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to speak, read, and write English
