Data Entry Specialist Associate (Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist Associate to join our remote team. This entry-level position supports daily operations by entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining information across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.

The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, comfortable using computers, and able to complete structured assignments independently while meeting established deadlines.

Previous professional experience is not required. Training and ongoing guidance will be provided. Recent graduates, career changers, individuals returning to the workforce, and candidates seeking their first remote position are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry &

  • Processing

  • Transfer data from approved forms, files, and source documents.

  • Review completed entries before submission.
