What You'll Do

✅ Assist customers via chat and email with professionalism and empathy
✅ Resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently
✅ Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
✅ Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
✅ Contribute ideas to improve processes and the customer experience

Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma or GED required
✔ 3+ years of customer service, chat support, call center, or related experience preferred
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
