Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for arenaflex’s clients, handling inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring each customer receives prompt assistance.
  • Following detailed communication scripts to address a variety of topics, from debit card incentives to order status and balance inquiries.
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, conducting research, and providing accurate solutions or alternative options.
  • Accessing arenaflex’s internal resources and client databases to resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Recognizing upsell opportunities and skillfully promoting relevant products when appropriate.
  • Seamlessly transitioning between tasks without compromising efficiency or composure.
  • Maintaining punctuality and a consistent presence at your designated desk during scheduled shifts.
  • Upholding a positive, professional demeanor in every customer interaction.
  • Participating in cross‑training initiatives as requested to broaden your skill set.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–6 months of customer service or customer support experience (call center or office background a plus).
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, active listening, and a helpful, professional attitude.
  • Quick learner who can work independently and adapt to new processes rapidly.
  • Legal age of 18 years or older.
  • Successful completion of a background check in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Required Technical Setup (Bring Your Own Device – BYOD)

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you must provide your own equipment and workspace that meets the following specifications:

  • Immediate availability required for the period 9/29–10/1.
