Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

As a Customer Service Representative – Remote, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex’s warranty solutions. Your role will involve:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Educating customers on warranty coverage, claim processes, and ancillary products.
  • Resolving conflicts and complaints using proven conflict‑resolution techniques.
  • Documenting interactions accurately in our CRM and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (claims, technical support, product) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily performance metrics (e.g., call volume, resolution time, customer satisfaction).
