The organisation is looking for a Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Administrator to be the friendly face (and voice!) of their housing service whether greeting visitors in the reception area or helping customers over the phone with their queries and concerns. As the Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Administrator you will be working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment acing as the first point of contact on the telephone and face to face.You will deliver an efficient, courteous, speedy and friendly customer service, providing accurate information and advice to customers on the services on offer, managing site visitors and signing for deliveries.
