Customer Retention Marketing Specialist at BairesDev We are seeking a Customer Retention Marketing Specialist to design and execute campaigns that reduce churn, increase product adoption, and strengthen the loyalty of our existing customer base. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of post-sale marketing and is passionate about delivering ongoing value to clients. What You'll Do: - Develop and manage retention-focused email and nurture campaigns targeting customers at risk of churn. - Build automated communication flows that guide customers through key lifecycle milestones. - Collaborate with customer success and product teams to develop messaging that highlights new features and ongoing value. - Monitor retention metrics including renewal rates, engagement scores, and churn indicators. - Conduct A/B testing on retention campaigns to improve performance over time. - Assist in creating educational content such as how-to guides, product tips, and training resources. What we are looking for: - 3+ years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer success marketing. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools to build and manage customer journeys. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret retention data and adjust strategies accordingly. - Experience collaborating with customer success teams to align marketing with account health goals. - Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate product value clearly and compellingly.
