ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:

Generates and processes reports from AIMS as directed by Scheduling checklist at the time the checklist specifies (75% of duties)

Learn and interpret Federal Aviation Regulations as they apply to Omni Air International

Create and file written irregularity reports when crewmembers are not able to perform assigned duties

Determine if crews are available for Ad Hoc trips proposed by Marketing

Create and monitor Pilot and Flight Attendant ground duties, and flight duties according to FARs and company policies

Distribute crew schedules to individual crewmembers as well as publish notifications of any changes from their original schedule

Audit Per-Diem requests

Submit authorized Per-Diem forms to payroll

Provide assistance as needed to Manager of Crew Scheduling

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

•Ability to type 40 wpm

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word

•Ability to multi-task, and think quickly and efficiently

•Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

•Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

•High School diploma or GED (required)

•Previous office experience of 3 years or greater

•Previous Crew Scheduling experience preferred, but not required

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

•Sit - 90%

•Stand - 5%

•Walk - 5%

MENTAL CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS

•Requires ability to handle numerous activities at one time

•Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information

•Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology

•Ability to apply common sense in performing job

•Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines
