Corporate Catering Assistant – Liverpool Street | Monday to Friday

Job Title: Catering Assistant

Location: Near Liverpool Street Station, London

Salary: £14.80 per hour + discretionary annual bonus

Contract Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Pattern: 8-hour shifts, daytime service

Holiday Entitlement: 28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Café Assistant to join our busy internal office café team. You’ll help serve breakfast, lunch, and a variety of hot drinks and snacks throughout the day, ensuring every guest receives friendly and efficient service. You’ll support the smooth running of the café, maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards, and bring positive energy to the workplace. If you are excited about food, people, and creating a great service experience, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve quality hot beverages, including barista-style coffee
  • Assist with food preparation and service during breakfast and lunch
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and visitors
  • Work collaboratively with café and catering team members
  • Support the café operation by restocking and ensuring service areas remain tidy
