JOB TITLE: Communications Representative - REMOTE
LOCATION: REMOTE, FL
PAY RATE: $60.00/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier aerospace and defense company.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

  • Create clear and engaging communications to support user adoption of the 1LMX platform
  • Develop presentations, intranet articles, speeches, websites, and multimedia content
  • Translate technical information into simple, user-friendly messaging
  • Partner with engineering, program management, and leadership teams
  • Support stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives
  • Help improve overall communication and user experience across the platform

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under ITAR regulations)
  • Minimum 4–5 years of related experience
  • Strong skills in:
    • Project Management
    • Communications
    • Relationship Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and leadership teams
