What you'll do

  • Partner closely with the doctor, hygiene, and front office to deliver care at a high clinical and aesthetic standard
  • Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients and teammates
  • Own clinical cases from setup through completion
  • Oversee inventory and keep the supply budget on track
  • Assist chairside across a full range of procedures: restorative, endo, perio, oral surgery, implants, and clear aligners
  • Maintain accurate patient records and charting in our practice management software
  • Help patients understand and move forward with the care they need

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years of dental assisting experience
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Eaglesoft familiarity is a plus
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Curious, coachable, and committed to getting better
  • Reliable, warm, and detail-driven
