Change Mgt & Training Consultant (Contract Remote)

<p>Robert Half HR Solutions is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to guide the people side of complex transformation initiatives for a Long-term Contract position based in Atlanta, Georgia. This contract duration is still being estimated, but we believe it will be 6+ months in length. The engagement will be fully remote with intermittent travel to the client sight in the Midwest. This role will shape how stakeholders understand, prepare for, and adopt change by leading communication, training, and readiness efforts from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate is confident operating in a largely virtual environment, partnering with leaders across the organization, and using adoption insights to strengthen engagement and lasting results. This role will also design and deliver training including curriculum, job aids, and training sessions themselves.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>***Candidates who are Prosci or CCMP certified will be given first consideration*** </strong>This role will be starting quickly so candidates who can start by the end of the month are preferred. Candidates who have experience supporting organizations where a large part of the audience is not desk based will also be preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Create and lead a comprehensive change approach that supports program goals, including evaluating organizational impacts and mapping stakeholder needs.</p><p>• Build audience-specific communication strategies and develop clear messaging that keeps employees and leaders informed throughout each phase of implementation.</p><p>• Produce and facilitate training programs, including learning materials, job aids, and instructor-led sessions that help teams apply new processes effectively.</p><p>• Partner closely with sponsors, business leaders, and key stakeholders to increase readiness, address concerns early, and encourage sustained user adoption.</p><p>• Monitor change adoption, participation, and readiness indicators, then refine plans and interventions based on measurable feedback and outcomes.</p><p>• Lead virtual workshops, alignment meetings, and stakeholder sessions while establishing credibility and strong working relationships across distributed teams.</p><p>• Support business process change efforts by translating operational impacts into practical actions for end users and leadership groups.</p><p>• Contribute change leadership expertise to enterprise or system-related initiatives when needed, particularly where broad workforce engagement is critical.<br></p>• 10+ years of experience leading organizational change management work for large transformation or enterprise-wide programs.<br>• Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, change planning, communications development, and training strategy execution.<br>• Strong background driving user adoption and readiness in environments with complex business process change.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executives, managers, and frontline employees.<br>• Demonstrated success working independently in virtual settings while facilitating meetings and influencing stakeholders remotely.<br>• Experience creating training content such as curriculum, instructional materials, and job aids for varied audiences.<br>• Ability to analyze readiness and adoption data to identify risks, measure progress, and adjust change activities accordingly.<br>• Change management certification such as Prosci is preferred, along with experience in industrial, field-service, HR, or enterprise systems environments.<br><p>Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
