Network Control comprises a dedicated & experienced team committed to ensuring safety, compliance, and delivering high-quality service as part of the Integrated Control Centre. The team collaborates closely with Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Cabin Services, Operations Planning, Safety and Security, and Maintenance Control.

All roles are based in Capability Green, Luton, with an average of fourteen 12-hour shifts per 28 days, typically from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm or 6:30 pm to 6:30 am. Some Crewing Officer roles are also available at London Gatwick, following the same shift pattern.

Roles

Crewing Officer (Luton or Gatwick): Responsible for managing crew rosters using the AIMS crew system, ensuring safety, legality, and compliance with industrial agreements, while considering operational robustness, efficiency, cost, fatigue, and crew welfare.

Customer Disruption Officer (Luton): Ensures continuous support for customers during disruptions, prioritizing welfare, providing clear communication, reporting on events, and managing crew hotel and transport arrangements.

Operations Officer (Luton): Manages Flight Watch duties, coordinates aircraft swaps, monitors weather conditions, manages runway slots, and maintains communication with flight crews to ensure operational efficiency.
