What You’ll Do

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in insurance processes—especially in claims administration, policy lifecycle, and related operational workflows.
  • Lead business analysis efforts across property & casualty or workers’ compensation insurance domains.
  • Map and validate complex data transformations between legacy insurance systems and the Company’s platform.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define use cases, and configure software to meet nuanced insurance needs.
  • Analyze, test, and validate system behavior to ensure it aligns with industry compliance, regulatory standards, and operational best practices.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives by providing insurance context for design, development, and product strategy.
  • Support clients throughout implementation—including UAT, change management, and go-live readiness.
  • Collaborate on feature enhancements, identifying opportunities to expand our platform’s capabilities in the insurance space.
  • Assist with troubleshooting system and data issues using tools such as SQL and Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on insurance software systems (policy, claims, or billing).
  • Proven experience with insurance data structures and data mapping from source systems (vendors, legacy, third-party).
  • Hands-on experience with insurance core systems, preferably in workers\' compensation, P&C, or multi-line carriers.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards within the insurance domain.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL for data validation and issue investigation.
  • BS in Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field preferred.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • You\'ll work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions matter. You’ll help shape product direction and client outcomes.
  • We value innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Competitive compensation package including 100% paid Health coverage for the employee and 85% coverage for dependents. We pay for 80% coverage for Dental and Vision, for employees and dependents
