Remuneration: £50,000 + uncapped commission giving an additional circa £10,000 - £15,000

Benefits: £7,200 per annum car allowance or company car & comprehensive benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Industrial Paints & Coatings will involve:

·Field sales position promoting a comprehensive range of industrial paints & coatings for application of metals, woods, plastics and other surfaces

·Used in a variety of industrial industries such as: plastics, aerospace, steel fabrication, construction, automotive, modular buildings, drums and flooring

·All of your time will be spent selling directly to these companies / end users

·Inherit circa 40 active accounts

·Turnover circa £800k

·Average project sizes will be £20k-£30k but can be everything from £5k – £250k

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Industrial Paints & Coatings with:

·Must have sale experience in the industrial or engineering sectors selling paints, coatings, lubricants, greases or machinery

·Would consider someone from a distribution background

·Ideally someone on the up in their career

·Ideally have worked within multiple market sector however would consider someone that specialise in a specific field for example: aerospace, industrial or engineering

·Must have a hunter mentality

·Must have good communication skills

·IT Literate
