You'll work from our studio call center handling both inbound and outbound calls -- all with warm leads -- using proven call frameworks. As a Client Booking Specialist, you're the first voice clients hear from our brand. You'll make great first impressions, build real rapport over the phone, and guide warm leads toward booking their session. Prior sales experience helps, but it's not required -- what we can't train is energy and a love of good conversation, so bring those and we'll handle the rest.
