Amazon International Expansion Manager (UK & EU)

Description

Snap Supplements is a fast-growing supplement brand with a proven, high-performing portfolio on Amazon US. We're now taking that success global, starting with the UK and the European Union, and we're looking for the person who will own that expansion from the ground up.

The Role

This is an ownership role, not a support role. You'll be responsible for getting our existing Amazon portfolio live, compliant, stocked, and selling across the UK and EU marketplaces, and then for driving its performance once it's there. You'll navigate product registration, regulatory compliance, VAT, entity setup, and cross-border logistics, and you'll make sure nothing falls through the cracks along the way.

You'll report to the Amazon Marketplace Director and work closely with our product development, operations, creative, and finance teams.

What You'll Own

Compliance & Registration

  • Lead product registration and notification requirements for supplements in the UK and target EU countries, including ingredient, labeling, and claims review against local regulations.
  • Manage VAT registration, filing setup, and ongoing tax compliance across marketplaces, coordinating with tax advisors and service providers.
  • Handle company and business compliance, including EPR, Responsible Person / EU representative requirements, and any entity or marketplace documentation Amazon requires.
  • Build and maintain a compliance tracker so we always know what's approved, pending, or at risk in each country.

Inventory & Logistics

  • Plan and execute inventory strategy for UK and EU marketplaces, including FBA, Pan-European FBA, and inventory placement decisions.
  • Coordinate international shipping, freight forwarders, customs, duties, and import documentation.
  • Forecast demand, manage replenishment, and keep stockouts and storage costs under control.

Marketplace Launch & Growth

  • Build and localize listings for each marketplace, including translations, keywords, and compliant claims.
  • Launch and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns in the UK and EU.
  • Track and report on sales, profitability, and marketplace health, and own the P&L outcome of the expansion.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on Amazon international experience, specifically launching or managing brands in the UK and/or EU marketplaces.
  • Working knowledge of VAT, EU/UK product compliance, and cross-border logistics. Supplement, food, or health product experience is a strong plus.
  • Exceptionally organized. You build systems, track every moving part, and close loops without being chased.
  • A true self-starter who takes full responsibility for results and doesn't wait to be told what to do next.
  • Comfortable working with outside partners like tax agents, freight forwarders, regulatory consultants, and translators, and holding them accountable.
  • Clear, proactive communicator who keeps leadership informed and flags risks early.
  • Bonus: experience with Seller Central Unified Accounts, Pan-EU FBA, or Amazon Advertising.

Why Join Us

  • Own a high-impact, high-visibility initiative with a proven product line behind it.
  • Build the international playbook from scratch and shape how we scale globally.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance
  • Company provided Life Insurance
  • Paid time off and paid sick leave
  • Paid holidays
