We are seeking highly motivated, career-driven individuals who bring energy and enthusiasm to build meaningful relationships while advancing the university’s recruitment goals. Success requires strong communication skills, resilience, goal orientation, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, student focused environment.<br> Responsibilities:<br> • Engage prospective students through inbound and outbound phone calls and video conferencing to build initial relationships and assess interest.<br> • Meet daily performance expectations, including call volume, talk time, and applicant progression, while maintaining a high-quality, student-focused outreach experience.<br> • Interview prospective students to determine their motivation for attending college; understand their career goals and the obstacles that might prevent them from starting or continuing their education; help them to overcome those obstacles; and ultimately help them identify the degree-program that best matches their needs.<br> • During the interview, present information about the benefits of education and DeVry University, tailoring their message to the students’ needs, motivation, and career goals.<br> • Guides students through the admissions process, responding to questions, linking them to financial aid and academic advisors, gathering the documents necessary to start school, and ensuring students complete admissions testing.<br> • Identify and contact other prospective students through networking and building relationships with current students.<br> Qualifications:<br> • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.<br> • Have a passion for education and the desire to help prospective students achieve their educational and career goals.<br> • Enjoy listening to, and talking with prospective students over the phone, getting to know them, and creating a meaningful relationship.<br> • Possess the skills needed to craft well-written, compelling messages to our students and fellow colleagues.<br> • Have the desire to work with a team, and toward the team’s goals, while also working independently and being internally motivated.<br> Schedule, Availability & Remote- Work Expectations:<br> • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weeknights and Saturdays.<br> • Candidates must be able to consistently work their assigned schedule once established.<br> • The schedule includes evening hours, depending on business needs.<br> • While we understand occasional situations may arise, this role requires reliable and consistent availability during scheduled working hours.<br> • Able to sit and work at a desk on the computer for extended periods of time.<br> • Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-free work environment during scheduled working hours, with no conflicting responsibilities that would interfere with the ability to perform the essential duties of the position<br> • Home office must have DSL or Cable Internet that is hardwired into a modem/router via Ethernet (Dial up, Wireless, or Satellite internet service cannot be used).<br> <br> <br> *This job will be posted for 30 days from the posting date.<br> <br> <br> DeVry University offers benefit options for full-time colleagues, including:<br> <br> <br> • 401k with up to 6% company match<br> • Tuition assistance and career development opportunities<br> • Remote & hybrid opportunities<br> • Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision, and mental health)<br> • Generous paid time off, including parental leave and volunteer time off<br> • FSA/HSA options, disability & life insurance<br> <br> Benefits vary based on employment status.<br> <br> <br> We believe that a vibrant and collaborative workplace is essential to our educational mission and the success of our community.<br> <br> We are committed to a workplace environment where all colleagues feel valued, respected, and supported.</div>
