Job Description:

  • Consult families on the college readiness process and recommend tutoring programs based on their needs and budget
  • Follow up with assigned leads and existing families in a timely manner
  • Activate leads through high-volume calls and outbound SMS campaigns
  • Deliver program recommendations via Zoom or phone
  • Initiate program follow-through after purchase and manage customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Provide excellent customer service to achieve Net Promoter Score goals and ensure program success
  • Support sales and customer retention for school and community partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to expand brand recognition and generate new leads
  • Handle challenging customer service needs
  • Follow up with families and internal stakeholders regarding progress
  • Collaborate with tutors to identify expansion and repurchase opportunities
  • Craft recommendations to drive repurchases
  • Generate sibling expansion purchases and parent referrals
  • Attend fairs, conventions, community events, and school events to promote the business and generate leads
  • Support regional business development activities as needed

Requirements:

  • Experienced sales individual
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
  • Ability to make a high volume of calls and outbound SMS campaigns daily
  • Ability to meet monthly sales quotas and booking goals
  • Availability Monday through Friday, with some evenings and weekends expected
  • Ability to travel minor to moderately as required
