If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!<br><br>The <strong>Dispatcher</strong> is responsible for monitoring security systems, coordinating emergency and non-emergency responses, preparing daily reports, responding to phone and email inquiries, and supporting general SOC operations as needed.<br><br>The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a <strong>fast-paced environment</strong>, has strong communication and multitasking skills, and can make sound decisions with limited supervision while following established procedures.<br><br><strong>Dispatcher position<br><br></strong><strong>💰 Pay:</strong> $17.25/HR<br><br><strong>🕐 Schedule:</strong> Full-Time<br><br><strong>📅 Weekends Required<br><br></strong><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Monitor security systems and report operational matters in real time to SOC leadership and senior management.</li><li>Provide professional customer service and respond to customer service inquiries.</li><li>Manage emergency and non-emergency calls, emails, work orders, and other communications.</li><li>Prioritize and process incoming information according to established procedures.</li><li>Maintain and review security officer schedules.</li><li>Assist with supervision, payroll, training, coaching, and development of security personnel.</li><li>Respond appropriately to escalated security issues and emergency situations.</li><li>Coordinate emergency incidents with the security team and external emergency personnel.</li><li>Acknowledge alarms and dispatch personnel as needed.</li><li>Participate in security training and scenario-based drills.</li><li>Follow emergency and general SOC protocols.</li><li>Prepare daily shift reports, detailed shift pass-downs, and incident reports.</li><li>Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual SOC statistical data.</li><li>Perform additional SOC projects and duties as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Experience & Skills<br><br></strong>Candidates with experience demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities in <strong>security, customer service, supervision, dispatch, communication centers, or security operations</strong> are strongly encouraged to apply.<br><br>Advanced computer and technology skills, particularly those related to physical security operations, are highly valued.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma/GED.</li><li>At least 2 years of security officer or customer service experience.</li><li>Heavy-volume call center and/or dispatch experience preferred.</li><li>Must be 20 years of age or older.</li><li>Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Texas security license, including required state training.</li><li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.</li><li>Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.</li><li>Must maintain a reliable telephone number for employment-related communication.<br><br></li></ul><strong>#IND3</strong>
